Warm Springs Health & Wellness

Project Scope: Comprehensive HVAC modernization in partnership with the Indian Health Service (Portland Area Office).
Installed Equipment: VAV air handling units, heat pumps, condensing units, fan coils, terminal units, and exhaust fans connected via BACnet controls.
Status: Job In Progress, with completion scheduled for Spring 2027.
