Wow, thank you for the amazing comment! Hi this is Amy, thank you for the compliment! Although I answer the phones promptly, I have not been checking our website comments frequently, sorry for the delay in response ;) I will certainly pass the message on to Brent! Ed and Jessica, the owners, appreciated the feedback very much; Jessica says- yes and Amen, the good Lord has blessed us with good plumbers, good office staff, and great customers! Blessings to you and we were very happy to be of assistance!

We live in Arizona part time, came back to Oregon to broken water pipes under our home due to extreme low temps. We called around trying to find someone to fix the mess with many no answers then Devo returned our call. Very professional lady took the call and said they could be out first thing in the morning. The tech arrived at 7:45 the following morning. He introduced himself as Brent Cramblatt. I explained the situation to him and he jumped right in and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. Very ugly, cold muddy mess, with less than a two foot crawl space. Five separate leaks needed cut out and repaired. His knowledge and experience was beyond what I expected. Truly thankful the good Lord sent us someone like Brent. He is a very personable man with great communication skills, a major asset to Devo Mechanical

Kudos to Mike at Devco! What a genuine, kind and professional young man. I felt at ease immediately with Mike, and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. The staff at Devco (Dee) made arrangements for the repair the same day. How often does that happen? I had placed nine calls to different plumbers around the valley and was sent to voice mail. Imagine my surprise when someone actually picked up the phone!

This may have been a small project to others, but it meant the world to me. Thanks again to Devco!
