Part of our team had the pleasure of cooking at our local Community Meals Center in The Dalles. We got to know some local faces we see around town and provide a hot meal to fill their bellies. Our Cook Hilary worked tirelessly in the kitchen and as a result she received rave reviews from everyone who enjoyed her Beef Stroganoff. The rest of us stood in as prep cooks and kitchen clean up crew. In the end, bellies were filled, fun was had and it was an honor to serve!
