Warm Springs Health and Wellness

This project included a comprehensive HVAC modernization for the Warm Springs facility in partnership with the Indian Health Service, Portland Area Office. Work included the installation of new VAV air handling units, heat pumps, condensing units, fan coils, terminal units, and exhaust fans.

New equipment was integrated with the facility’s existing mechanical systems and connected through BACnet controls to improve overall comfort, ventilation, and system performance.
